I went to look at a 430 crawler and this is what I came home with. Very nice tractor, original paint, original tires. It's a 5 speed with hydraulics and all original 3 point hitch including top link. Lights even work, including the red dot rear light. I don't see any welding or repairs. I am on the hunt for implements now..

430 Coming Home
The 430 crawler should be making it home this coming weekend. Will post some pics and make a lit of parts I'll need to locate. I'll be bringing it back to original. We have wrecked lots of green crawlers but never a 430. I may swap some parts from my dad's machines but there are a few parts that are going to be expense and difficult to find.
I know he has a fully restored grill and hood in has basement that would look good on mine. The 430 that they are for has been buried deep in a shed for about 10 years. Maybe he won't notice..
I'm also not done working on my 350C dozer cat. Just installed excellent used rails and sprockets (had to wait to find good used deere) and factory limb risers. Got some 90% idlers in this weekend on a rebuilder 350 that i'll swap out with mine this coming weekend. Too many projects on the go, we just wrapped up extensive rebuilts on 350B (widepad de-conversion) and 350C (bought in pieces) 6 way dozer cats. Geting tired of working on 350's but also geting quicker. Have to do the steering clutches and dozer mounts on the re-builder we just got in...
Problem is I'm missing the same parts on both the 430 and 350C...
