Just for a change I thought you might enjoy seeing my collection of blues...

It is a video, just click on the image....

and I have another cooler full of cheese the same size as this one....
prices are in kilo's,
selling meat and cheese is how I pay my bills.....

Well make mine Longhorn, Med. Cheddar or PepperJack. I am sorry but blu Cheese ranks right up there with sour cream as things I can do without. Different tastes for different folks I guess. Also bell peppers give me stomach problems all night after I have just a little. I can handle jalapenos but not bell.

I cut the cheese.
I cut the cheese like crazy for years...
We would go to work, and we would just cut the cheese all day...

Now I have other people to cut the cheese for me...
I kinda miss cutting the cheese sometimes....
Although, I can still talk about, how good I was at cutting the cheese...
Sometimes I think that perhaps... I should cut the cheese, but then I realize...

I could spend the day on the crawler instead, so...

I don't cut the cheese.
