a better picture would be nice .....after looking at it in photobucket its a little better ....looks like the "last" stud only has one plate on top of it and the "top" plate does not over lap the other wall..also looks like the other wall has a "splice/break" in the lower plate over the sceond stud from the left ? if so it has to be at least 4 feet from the corner and any other "breaks" in the plate... would never pass in california

sorry about the quality. My guess it was done with his cell phone. When I mentioned there were problems he took down the pic, called me a moron, told me to be quiet because there was nothing wrong with his building.

looks like at least 10' studs unless he is 4' tall lol ....should have blocking mid way up ... what kind of siding is he using? i see no sway/x bracing i dont get the double studing on the wall where he is standing ... also on the close wall the top plates are both the same length should be stagered he should also run a third plate on it to tie the corners together

Dennis has had several contractors come by yesterday whom he laid out cold with his fist. I would not be surprised if he lands in jail for assault.

Siding will be chip board wrapped with typar. Unknown what is going over the typar. Roofing is 3/4" Advantec T&G.

corner doesnt look like its framed out correctly, definitely not the way i do it, but hey i was only a carpenter for 5 yrs. also the top plate is what ties your corners and sections of wall together and that gives you the stagger that you need. Ha Ha stuff like this cracks me up.

I'd have to have at least 3/4' plywood on all of the corners laid horizontally.

As it stands, it reminds me of playing dominoes?...

I have this bad feeling, when he puts the paneling on the sides and roof, he wont even know about staggering anything!
