Seller has this loader listed as a 1974 450g. $ 12,500. obo
I am thinking he has the year wrong and after that , I am not sure that the model is right.... a 450g?
The photo is the tag on it.
It is not far from my place.
Not looking for another loader however, I know someone that is and, I could use some help identifying what this one really is.
the serial number suggests a 1988 450g. But is it a 455?
Thanks..
what model and year is this Deere?

Hi,
Serial number puts it as 1988. Model is 455G. I am not sure which year saw the split of the model numbers where they started calling the loaders xx5 (in this case 455 vs 450). But, when they did the split, the serial numbers continued their sequence.
