Oh. Wait. Hovercrafts blow the grass *down*! Oops. Of course, that would flatten it....
Hay! (pun intended) I know. A hovercraft with a sickle bar (or a fail) mower out front! That would do it!

Yes, i made the mistake of taking my 1020 out there to mow during a drought two years ago... that took a very large deere loader with a 100 foot cable to get it back out. My 40c couldn't even budge it. It really helps to have friends with larger toys than mine!
A 5 foot flail or towable brush hog would be ideal, i keep missing them at our local auctions by a couple bucks. I did end up with a dandy generator though.
So, until i score another mower it is back drag for me for now...
