What would cause the blade to bleed down while the engine is running ? From being at the very highest position , it takes about 25/30 secs , the blade is on the ground !
I was just wondering , would any one have any ideas ?[/img]

Hey Sandman. Nice machine. Picture reminds me of 29 palms!! On my 440 's, blade creep was always the hyd. cylinders. Repacking and occasionally a new rod cured it. Your rods are probably not pitted in that dry climate. Here in the swamp they pit badly.

Thanks for the input on leaky cyl's ! I have a motor manual on its way ! This tractor is an adventure, , ,I love it! ! ! I'll rebuild both cylinders and I'll let you know if that did the trick !
