I don't know what I did different, just clicked on the button, copied the text from your post and clicked the button again and did the preview thing and there they were.

Hi Bret-

The "URL" tag at the end of the second pic is what was causing you the posting problems. There should only be "IMG" tags.

I thought I was savy enough to figure out the posting procedure but no avail. Anyway, I am new to the jdcrawler scene, have numerous jd two cylinder wheel tractors but am thinking of moving them for more crawlers. Have located several assorted 40 and 420 crawlers dozers and loaders, just need time and money to try to gather them up. Dont know of many crawler enthusiasts in the north idaho, eastern washington area. Love this site and spend alot of time on it. Thanks again.

Hi Brett-

Just came through your area a couple of weeks ago- drove from Spokane to Libby, MT through Sandpoint. Really beautiful country- just wish they would finish the construction on US95 between Coeur D'Alene and Sandpoint!

Anyhow, welcome to the site.

Hey Brett

My crawler was very well used and the blade took a lot of that use. There is damage to the uprights, mostly were they are connected to the cross bars on the crawler, as well the hinge points and the rear anchor points have received a lot of repair. She was and is a work horse but she could use some tlc to get her back to pristine condition. Could you take some pics of around the blade and mostly along the mounts and hinge point. I have found it really hard to find any pics of these blades or any other info. Have a good one.

Thanks Brett, that's what i was looking for and mine have had extensive work with the parts that bolt to the cross bars, i have them shimmed now but i will need to refab mine as they are bent pretty bad. I have the same rams, i'm going to keep them but i replaced them on the dozer with tie rod rams i got from the local princess auto. The 420c i have had a spill and it bent the rops as well as the blade so i think if possible i will try and straighten it out. Thanks to Dan for making the pics work.
