She is at the "diesel doctor" to get a complete overhaul. I am also upgrading it to the "N" series pistons and injectors for better starting.

Progress is slow due to so many projects. Here is the head after cleaning, valves ground, surface milled, new injector tubes, etc.

It's looking good so far. As they say, you can't rush a good thing. I just got my generator reworked and looking for a kit for the water pump. Slow but steady. Keep us informed on the progress. Good luck!!
