Thank you for your comments! I am glad that you enjoy the rebuild, although the progress is at a snail's pace.
You are correct that the blade is a factory 6 way hydraulic. It is a JD Model 64. They are the most rare from what I can determine. And, they are the most useful.
You are also correct about the tracks being on backwards. The track swap will take place once the mechanical rebuild is finished.
The good news is that the undercarriage is in great shape. At my age, I could never wear it out with the few hours a year that I will run it. The previous owner spent a ton on the U/C and then had to sell it. The chains and grousers are 4 bolt. I doubt that they are original 4 bolt but feel sure they are 350 tracks. He also replaced some of the bottom rollers.
I ran it (pics pushing dirt) for a while but one of the lobes in the blower snapped and locked it down.
It will be like a factory fresh unit mechnically when I finish. The new engine should out last most of us on here.
