Here are a few quick pics after she came out of the shop this last go round.
In short it came in for a cracked head and it got the rock guard reinstalled, blade lift reworked, and finally the correct seat from the cobbled up boat seat that was on it previously.

The fascination with the seat results from how beat up it was when it came to me... which I knew it was a used seat and it was a fun little project to see how straight we could get it. I'd say we did ok ...
Thanks again to Lavoy for all of your help with parts.

Just some earlier pictures so some of you will see why I'm so excited about the correct seat finally...
And the tractor as purchased....
It's come alone way... the pictures don't really show how cobbled she was originally. At this point though.. she's ready for the woods.

It's all the same tractor.. just as it has slowly been transformed back closer to original.

Aparently the PTO housing was cracked at one point. It is just a flat piece of 1/4" plate that was bolted on. The PTO shaft is there to the back of the transmission and at this point we have no need for a PTO so I just haven't been inclined to spend money for a rear housing. It holds the gear lube in so it's fine with me for now.
