Here's a few photos of my 1955 40c, (unfortunately not the action photos from the last snowstorm that i seem to have lost) it's not pretty but it works like a champ. As you can see, it looks like a custom built blade was grafted onto the original push arms. It's real heavy duty and the tilt feature is nice, although the angle adjustment is pretty sloppy.

Nice crawler. I have a 40C also with the 61 blade. Yours has also been modified to have a second cylinder on the left side. Mine has the same modification and I have seen others.

Are you planning to do any restoration on it?

Right now i have no plans for restoring it, but i sure would like to someday. Like i said I would like to build a road through our woodlot and a few other projects first so i might as well get the biggest share of the dirty work out of the way first.
