2010 ready for work

Post by Stretch » Mon May 28, 2007 4:02 pm

Here is the 2010 that I purchased back in Feb. I replaced the undercarriage 99%, the only item I need is a sprocket for the right side. Have not been able to find one so I am welding up an old sprocket to replace it. I made a template from the new one I got for the left side. Alot of work
Replaced steering clutches and brakes, engine clutch, rebuilt hydraulic pump and cylinders, rewired completely, went through motor, and anything else that needed to be done.
All I have left is to refab the ROPS.
Had it out pushing yesterday for a few hours, she did great :D
If I did this right you will see a picture when I brought it home and a couple of pictures as she is now.

Stretch,

I took the liberty of fixing your pictures. It seems fussy about spaces in names.

Thanks Bill, I guess you might say I am digitally challenged.

We all are digitally challenged to a degree. I do computers for a living so I just try to help out where I can.

Great looking job on the old girl! Really big differences between the before and after pictures.

Stretch,
I played around and got one of your pics to work, good thing Bill knows what he is doing, I sure don't.
The old girl looks great, love the engine side shields, they are a seldom seen option. I think most of the guys took them off to do something, and never put them back on.

Looks great, one of the best I have seen. The engine shields give it that unique touch.
You will enjoy that old girl for many years.

Thanks to everyone for all the great comments. :) I am going to do some work around the farm and on some timber property about 35 miles away this summer.
I plan on putting her back in the garage next winter and rebuild the winch and fix anything else that might rear up.
I should have the ROPS done in about two weeks and back on the old girl. I definitly want that on there before I go work in the woods.
I will try to post another picture when I get the ROPS on. Hopefully Bill will correct any of my screw ups
