Hello, and a pic of my 2010 loader with case hoe

Post by MADJACK » Thu Dec 31, 2009 11:37 am

You guys kept popping up in my searches on track loaders. Lots of good info here, and I've got a lot of learning to do, so I signed up 8)

Here is a pic of my 2010 I just got. It has a case hoe on the back. The Crawler runs, but needs a rebuild according to the previous owner, the bucket and hydraulics work perfect and I think the undercarrriage looks pretty good in my limited experiance, from what I've read. the hoe needs a little TLC, it has a bent pin and droops. I've heard that new O-rings or rebuild of the valve body should fix this. Any ways, I'm jazzed and wanted to say thanks for the info so far.

Thanks.

I was reading another thread and noticed that I'm missing lower roller guards too, I'll have to make some.

Do you know what model of Case Hoe that is? It looks quite similar to the model 33 hoe on my Case 580CK. Just wondering.

No, but if you have any idea how I can figure that out I'll look.

I'm pretty new to this stuff.

Mine has the serial number plate rivited to the side of the control console that is visable in the picture about a foot down from the top. That is the only S/N I can find on the whole TLB, I can only find holes or rivets where they belong on the tractor, engine and loader. It has been painted over but I can read model 33 and the S/N under the paint. If I can convince my camera to work with this computer again maybe I can take some detail picures to compare.

Found the plate, the serial # is legible, but the model # has scratches on it and is hard to read, My flashlight died when I tried to get a better look.

I'll get it though, been busier with my chainsaw than the crawler lately...

Well, upon closer inspection, there is no model # stamped into the plate, if the # was printed then it is obliterated by scratch marks from a previous owner.

I took a pic as well, but no better, I guess I could call case with the ser# and get the model #....

Se if it is Case or an old international hoe the international hoes had the main beam flipped over the hydraulic ram like that in the sixty's models they were built for good power but could damage the ram easier so several years of that build and they changed to like every one else.Digitup.

I saw a case hoe attachment on CL out here last weekend. How hard does it look or is it (for those that have done it) to put a case hoe on a 2010?
