I don't know about you guys but, I WANT ONE OF THESE!
This was at one of the NC area tractor shows last fall. I know nothing about it. I intended to talk to the guy but every time I stopped by his display, he wasn't around. He did steer by the lever on his left armrest so he may have had some sort of clutch setup.

WOW, a 5 roller high track, in miniature!
I would love to see that in person and to know where he got the parts.
The rubber tracks are likely from a Skid Steer or similar unit.
Thanks for posting!

I don't think it is too late for a Christmas gift like that.
Anyone willing to give me one can get the address to my farm with no problem.

1960 440ICD #461094 w/ #63 manual blade Converted to a gas engine two owners ago.
Forward and reverse are by the original hydrostatic controll on the dash. He must have two drive motors and the control must be some sort of proportioning valve.
Not sure what you would use it for. Actually some of the other tracked toys on the right side of that link look like they would be more fun!

That is a nice crawler conversion.
I like the way he formed the fenders out to fit along the top of the track.
Did you happen to notice the old crawler conversion in the background ?
It looks like an Oliver undercarriage with a Ford Model-A engine ( at least it has a 28 or 29 Model-A grill ).
