My '53 40 Crawler Project

Post by foxd » Fri Aug 03, 2012 12:02 pm

Finally got to pull the 40 crawler out of the shop after about 2 years. Still lots of work left to be done, but I am slowly gaining on it. I included a couple before pictures as well as a couple from today. 8)

Very nice looking crawler foxd.
Looks like you've put a lot of time into it while it was in the garage.

nice looking. I have to wonder why you didn't put it back to yellow. I guess I'm partiarl to industrial crawler colors if they came that way. I'm not bitchin just curious it's yours and you can do what you want with it. You did a great job with it.

Thanks! I too am partial to keeping them as original as possible. It was evident as I began cleaning & scrapping that this crawler was originally green & had been painted yellow by a previous owner.
