It may not be fair to give an opinion from a picture, but this looks like another "SRM" model.
The seller knows that if they can get it Start, Run, and Move, there is a sucker out there that will buy it.
One of many red flags is that it is a dozer but has loader grousers on it. Not a deal breaker but it indicates someone likely slapped parts together. Also, it will not push as much with out dozer grousers.

Agreed, this unit might be someone's worst nightmare.

I would go look at it though, if it was close to home, as I have bought two crawlers for parts in the past year for half the asking price. This one might sell for much less as well. After inspecting, I will point out the obvious to the seller, the reasons why the price is wrong. Some sellers will adjust the price, others will wait for a sucker.
One of my parts machines has a complete new undercarriage including new Dozer pads that I picked up on a tired 350 loader and I would like to find a 350 Dozer to put it all on. 350 inside dozer's are a rare find where I am, so I am always looking for one. That is how I came across this ad.
