Thats very cool. I would like to make one someday based off a Deere 430 diesel garden tractor. How does the steering work?

Anderw I used Go Kart hydraulic master cylinders and calipers the only machining done was to the hubs they were cut down so the Go Kart rotors can be slid on with a square shoulder then welding them on.
willyr For now it seems to work ok and turns real nice I have only 2 hrs run time on it but I think I may need to add grousers to keep the pads from bending This one is just a toy. I want to make one out of a 140 h3 paint it industrial yellow and a 6 way blade maybe even a ripper on the back?

That is neat. I want to do a 6way and maybe a 3pt on the one I am going to build. Kinda a toy and maybe work a little like lawns. Been looking at the magnatrac videos on youtube, they can push pretty good.

Your going to find as soon as you have a blade on there. The first little bit of earth you try to move, all it will do is spin those cute plates.

I had a home made dozer similar to the pic below. You could cut the crown out of a drive way with a 1/4 inch of grouser and a 8 hp briggs and stratton.

This one is just a toy for tractor shows no intent to put a blade on this one. a prototype if you would. the chain is Rexnard 1864 tabletop conveyor chain #60 with a 1200 braking force. If I do a another one I will use attachment chain a little more heavy duty.
