Brush blade for 350

Post by gcgrant » Sat Mar 08, 2008 8:24 pm

Does anyone know of a brush blade available for a 350? I was thinking that something that could be attached to my 6 way blade would be a good deal.
Thanks........George

Thanks Digitup,
I was thinking a guy should be able to put something together from existing equipment that would work alright. With our pine beetle problems out here, it would be useful to have something to help clean up the deadfall. Any pictures you might have would be appreciated.

We use our FAE grinder for pine beatles the county I live in haven't done anything but .The county 5 miles north have hired my grinder to grind some complete plantations I got photos of that unit at work We did 550 acres last year alone Grinding 40 plus foot trees to the ground just becouse of the pine beatle. That is our main job for that grinder doing pine beatle infestations This unit likes it's fuel and can burn 200 gallons in a day no problem .With the price of fuel going up I am not looking forward to feedin it this year.Digitup.

I have a picture of a home made rake that is made of 1 X 3 flat iron and basically hooks over the top of the blade. The guy claims it works great.[/img]

Thanks guys,
I really appreciate the input. There does seem to be some workable designs out there. Not much point in me trying to re invent the wheel!
