Well I figured out how to put the track back on. I opened the tensioner grease fitting and let it in and pumped it up after I got the track back on.
Unfortunately, I lost another track and on the left side when I tried to refill the tensioner It was blowing grease out the side. Does that mean I somehow blew the seal in the tensioner cylinder? That looks like a big project getting the tensioner out.
Any comments are welcome. Thank you for looking.

blown tensioner seal?
Tensioner
If grease is coming out the front of the tensioner were the shaft goes in it is a seal. Or if the shaft is pitted it could need replacing.You have to break the track, slide the idler forward, or in my case off. then you can replace the seal or shaft. I am not an expert but this is the only way I could see to do it.
thanks Garry;
I went to the local big equipment dealer and was trying to get them to retrieve it. They had me call a couple towing places. Towing place 3 said they would send someone out to evaluate the location of the crawler and etc. The next part may be useful to inexperienced crawler operators like me.
They came out and told me to lift the weight off the tracks. Once we did that the tensioner became unbound and started going back out. The tensioner must have had a rusty spot and was bound so the grease was forcing past the seal which was probably on a rusty shaft. So the tensioners are holding and life is good. Hopefully, smaller corrections on the turns and a little preoperation grease in the tensioners will keep the old tracks on. I am keeping my fingers crossed. The dealre quoted me $2200 to rebuild the tracks. I am hoping to avoid that at this point.
I just changed the oil and greased her so she should be ready for a little work when I need her.
Thanks again.

You should probably check and make sure that you are not over extending the adjusting piston when adjusting your tracks if they are badly worn. The piston can cock and leak grease or brake the side out of the cyl.
Does anyone have a track adjusting cyl. for a 440 IC ? I think it is the same as the 1010 and maybe the 2010. Part # T 17810 T I think.
