JD 450-C steering

I recently picked up a John Deere 450-C, dozer. Great old machine. My question is, the right steer lever needs a lot of pulling back most of the time to turn it. The left steer lever is really good. I tightened up the linkage below the seat 2 turns, it helped somewhat. What else could I do :?:

It is probably an adjustment issue. If you will post over in the 350 and newer section you will get more responses and from guys who know more about 450s than I do. But get yourself a good tech manual for your machine and do the adjustments on the linkages. That's where I would start. :D
40 plus years working on JD 350s, 400Gs, 450s and other equipment both Ag and Construction.

Thanks for the advice, I just received a manual in the mail today and started reviewing it. I'll check out the 350 messages also. Great machine. I'm starting to change all the fluids and filters next. Thanks again.
