3315 jd hydro winch trouble

Well I was pulling out logs with my 1010 it has a jd 3315 hydro winch on it and got to the landing and it will not free spool. It has the older spool type control, pulled it apart and it looks pretty good inside. So I tested the hydrolic pressure and it was about 800 psi so that shouldnt be the problem. It will wind in and the brake seems to go off when I have it in wind positin. Just wont free spool any ideas help would be greatly appreciated.
