issue with drive on 350

I'm having issue with drive on my 1966 350. At times it won't move but if I pull back steering arms & drop then will grab & spin tracks. Starting to happen more often so need to figure out problem. Carpenter not a mechanic so any help diagnosing would be great

go through the steering clutch/brake adjustment first and see if that helps you may not have any free play on the throw out bearings on clutch packs
