About your pto lever, it should be the same as the one in this photo at the center of this photo....

The round button that this little lever wraps around is the knob for the transmission dipstick! It screws several turns and then lifts out.
You might not have the pto shaft, I had to buy a used one for mine however, the lever was there for me.

on the 1010-2010s when the hoe is off there is a weight pack that goes on the back one would think that the 350s also used a add-on counter weight
2010 with 622 dozer with mod. 35 ripper and a 2010 with 622 dozer bought in 1969 and a 2010 loader with drott and mod. 36 ripper
