RE; JD350. Just inspecting new to me 1970 JD350. FOUND ALL FOUR TRANSMISSION TO REVERSER BOLTS ARE BROKEN OR STRIPPED! AS ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION ARE BOTH BOLTED SOLID TO FRAME I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW THIS HAPPENED. ANY ONE HAD THIS PROBLEM?

Yes seems to be a common problem. found mine when the drive coupling spline failed . I think the biggest problem with mine was it was not properly assembled by previous owners I think their were many 1966 350 .

If you search the archived discussions on this board about 350s, I believe this is mentioned as something to look out for prior to purchasing a used 350. Those threads also have some good advice about how to repair them if you need some information.
(1) JD Straight 450 crawler dozer with manual outside blade; (2) JD 2010 diesel crawler loaders; (1) JD 2010 diesel dozer with hydraulic 6-way blade; (2) Model 50 backhoe attachments, misc. other construction equipment
