Hi Lazy Logger,

First post here...been reading for a while and just got registered.

I have your solution if you haven't figured it out yet...I have the identical dozer and the problem is, those 1" vertical shafts that hold the arms to the wedge blade mounts, shouldn't go all the way through, they need to be 2 pieces, held in with split pins or bolts. Have a look at mine.

This will fix your problem.

Cheers

Paul

Thanks Kilohertz, Is that the original setup? I have pins so I can easily remove the blade to attach a rock rake. This looks like a much easier fix though. I will have to think on this one, it will save me alot of welding.

As far as I know, this is the original setup...it was like this when I got it. It's the only way I can see it working without redesigning the blade attachment arms.

Good luck! Glad I could help.

Cheers

Paul

I too have the exact same problem with my 350. Mine has a rebuilt blade and I too thought the rails were put in to far. After reading another post (sorry I don't know how to Quote) I cut the full length pins and welded tabs on one end.(pretty much same as previous users post) With a little beating the pins fell into place.[/quote]
