Help with trashed front idler assembly on 450B!

Post by Pushrod » Mon Jun 16, 2014 6:31 am

Found this this weekend while doing routine inspection of the dozer. The cap screw must of backed out and was lost at somepoint before I ran it last time cutting about a 1/2 mile trail through the woods. The whole assembly looks trrashed. Definetly the outside idler bracket. Any thoughts on what else will have to be replaced by looking at the pictures? Would the shaft be bent for the idler wheel to be cocked like that?
Can I repair this without breaking the tracks apart? (I sure hope so)
Any recomendations on where I can get parts to fix this?
Thanks for any help.
