How long does it run after it starts? Is it an on and then right back off thing or does it run for a minute or two and then quit?
The first thing I would check is to see if the vent is plugged on the fuel tank. Remove the fuel cap on the tank and see if it runs. If it does then your vent is plugged for the fuel tank.
Also check the fuel return line to make sure it isn't stopped up or pinched off. Back pressure on the pump will cause this. Also the return line check valve could be plugged up.
If all of this is good, then check to make sure the wire that turns the fuel on and off has a continuous 12 volts to it. You may have a short causing the circuit breaker to open and shut the fuel off. Simply turn the key on and check to be sure you have constant voltage to the pump.

I would pull the fuel line from the tank at the fuel pump. There should be a good flow of fuel.If not use air pressure to blow back into the tank. The line may be plugged with sediment. If that is the case the tank will have to be flushed
