JD350 with 6305 6 way hydraulic blade. need C-frame bushing help
Hello, I have a 1965 JD350 with the 6305 dozer. I have significant wear on the bushings that attach the C-frame to the tractor. On the john deere parts diagram, the bushing are visible, but there is no number pointing to them. I'm wondering the best way to remove them as there isn't a way to easily get inline with them. Anyone know the ID and OD of them?

I don't know what parts diagram you are looking at. The part numbers are visible in the online parts catalogs. I gave you a link to the 6300 blade catalog in one of your earlier threads where you were looking for bushings for what you thought was a 6300 blade. The 6300 is hydraulic lift only (unless it has been modified by someone), angle and tilt are manual movements. Is your blade hydraulic on lift, angle, and tilt? A 6305 is. Here is a link to the 6305 parts catalog.

The bushings (U11121) and pins (AU13822) where the boom (C frame) attaches to the lift frame are the same part numbers for both blades. Apparently, the original bushings (U16673) were one long bushing in each arm of the boom. They were replaced with two shorter bushings (U11121) in each arm.
I don't have dimensions; John Deere removed such info from the parts catalogs several years ago. The part number gets hits in a web search.
As for replacing the bushings, I would block the boom arms (blade on the ground), unhook pins and hoses then back the crawler away to access those bushings. Changing them will be easiest if you are working straight on to them. You may find the holes in the lift frame are part of your problem and those require build up or bore out make and fit bushings to weld in.

Yes, the 6305 is a inside track mount 6 way all hydraulic blade. Here is the diagram I'm talking about, the bushings i'm talking about would be right of 12 and left of 11.

Re: JD350 with 6305 6 way hydraulic blade. need C-frame bushing help
I don't have a 350 with 6305 to actually look at, just the parts catalogs. It appears pins #11 retain the boom (aka called C-frame by some) pivot pins (#10) and pins #12 retain the lift frame to the crossbar. The boom push arm pivot bushings (which lift frame Pins #10 go through) are shown as item key # 1B (1A bushings have be superceded) on the boom drawing. That is the info I posted for you last night. If I am in the wrong place, it would be best if you post some pictures. (you need to use a third-party hosting site, like Imgur, Post-it, etc. or the sites dedicated picture server (if you have an account for it set up through Lavoy) to post pictures on here). Here is a link to the 6305 boom drawing.

Yeah, I already have those bushings, I can't find any info on where the c-frame connects to the part attached to the tractor bushings.

The C frame attaches to the lift frame using the #10 pins through the holes in the drawing that the pins are in line with. To my knowledge the lift frame does not have bushings in those holes. From what I see in the lift frame drawing there may be bosses welded to the lift frame at the holes, to thicken the material around the lift frame holes, as part of manufacturing of the lift frame weldment. Those would not be sold as replacement parts. As I mentioned before, i believe you would need to build up those holes in the lift frame and bore them out after build up or bore out and make weld-in bushings to fit.
Have you verified there are bushings in your lift frame or is it that the drawing looks to you like it should have bushings there? I don't see any bushings visible at the #10 pins location in the lift frames, in the drawing. The #10 pins are locked from turning in the lift frame, so bushings would not be required in the lift frame.
