I was changing hydraulic pump and took it off to check spindles and drained oil. Got busy and it was a month or so before I got back to it. Now my blade will not raise as it should. To get it up I have to tilt it to the right and it will raise wit the blade level it will only go up about a foot but when I tilt it it will raise.
What did I mess up by leaving it setting.
Thanks

Re: 450c jd dozer blade problem
Just draining the hydraulic oil and pulling the pump to look at the splines on the pump drive, should not have messed anything up. It should clear itself after everything has been cycled a few times to get the air out of the system. If you stuffed rags or such in an open hose or fitting and missed getting something out, that could be a problem.
Did you unhook multiple hoses?

Did you recheck the oil level after bleeding the air out?
