Cooling fan
I have a [in law relative] that works for the local dozer dealer and he can't figure me out when a dozer is down I am priority 1 on getting this machine back up and going again at all cost ,We built our on shop and were only days getting mechanics and clientele equal to the big guys who laughed at our Little shop. When things were getting tough in the States the southern owned and managed big shops cut a lot of good labor when they shouldn't have as we never lost as much momentum in Canada as just south of the border I picked up several great operators and mechanics as well as the IN LAW what a pain he was he could never keep up as well one of the first to get hired laughed and said he won't last long and he didn't either That mechanic told him in front of me Now you got to work !!He never made it and is back with his pack .When I had less machines and loads of work I had to tackle down time daily and no iron was left on the shop floor long no excuses no bull and that is how it should be today Digitup.
