Rollers are junk, save yourself a lot of headache and replace all of them now. Even if one or two are salvageable, they are already hammering on the pin bosses, it is just going to get worse, and you should never mix new and used rollers with that much wear.

Ok lot of questions first a little trick when your 1/2 impact wont quite get that stubborn bolt take the air hose off put about 5 or 6 drops of ATF or marvel in there and go back at that bolt 9 out of 10 times that's all it needs to break it loose ..... the cross tubes are just sch. 40 steel pipe ... the wear on the inside of the rock guards don't worry about it .... as for bolts just good grade 8 bolts are fine... you wont find any thing better than grade 5 in the carriage bolts if you can find that .... JOHN DEERE from what i have dealt with has very good prices on bolts you might want to try there first as for the thread/bolt size if the socket was 3/4 then it should be 1/2" bolt if socket was 13/16 then 9/19 bolt 15/16 would be 3/4 bolt.... and its not the track adjuster per-say that is broken it is the piston tube that could probably be welded back up ...and later when you put new tracks on it will a lot easier as you don't have to put it up on blocks just break the chains apart lay the new ones in front or back lined up with the old ones and run the machine on to the new tracks change the sprocket and hook the track back together.... ARE WE HAVING FUN YET????
i see that i was correct that the one roller was not turning not bad just from your pics
