replacing idler yoke 350 john deere

Post by howelong » Mon Feb 22, 2016 11:21 pm

Hello everyone I replaced all the clutches and adjusted everything shipped the dozer to my property in upstate New york I used it for about four hours It worked perfectly im clearing trails for quadding and snowmobiles on my 185 acre parcel. I lifted a rock that probably weighed a ton the machine worked superbly until i noticed the track became super loose. I blewout the idler yoke it literally split and the casing was missing about 4 inches of the top half. I must have hit a rock with the idler and the spring shock must have been seized and the yoke blew apart. I bought a new idler yoke but need the size of the bolts and do they tap into the idler fork or are they nut and bolted. and what size are the bolts. does anyone know thanks Dale 212 390 1494
