350 lift seals to small JD-AR105381

-I ordered the correct lift seals kit after taking it apart I find the seal are to small and the Wiper seal is to big . I got 3 inch seals but I have four inch bore on my wide track . This is strange and I'm thinking I have 450 lift cylinders . The crawler is 7 ft wide and 7 ft bucket. Was there a up grade for bigger lift cylinders with the bigger 350 dry clutch? Thank you for any ideas.

Here is what happened the seal kit I ordered is for a 350 Dozer . The new seal for a 350 crawler loader boom lift I hope is AR-105387 it has the 4 inch bore.What a fiasco. It nice to brake out 3/4 impact for the 1 an 13/16 nut on the rod end is very tight
