JD350 Dozer straight replacing engine

Good evening friends,
I have a 1968 350 straight with a 135 gas engine in it (water locked it up). I am pulling the engine and want to replace it with a 164 ci, will this engine swap? Are there any changes or addition that I will need to consider? Don't believe there will be any torque concerns since hp is close.

Also, does anybody have a 164 for sale? Or where should I look?
