I replaced all the bottom rollers & all new bolts, "both rock guards and rollers" this winter myself. I discovered I had a leaking track adjuster seal on the left side. I did not feel like doing the repair myself so had the dealer come out and do it right.
In the process We found that a link could be taken out of the rails on both sides. I had him do it. Now have a full adjustment length for both tracks. Chains and other parts will last me just fine for what I am doing. Those bottom rollers were the ticket.
The dealer has been fantastic to deal with..Mechanic was VERY good. I know they are not cheap, but. I did not have to destroy my shoulders and neck. So far, this is a nice running , straight machine. Happy with it even with the money spent, I figure its a good deal..... so far.
Even more life for the 450C..I hope.
