Ended up splitting the tracks (master pins were welded of course) and found seals in both tensioners completely disintegrated. Non-OEM tensioners but did find the correct aftermarket yokes and seal kit so got that fixed.
This was a fairly indepth re-build so bullnose and belly pan was off. Installed rebuilt radiator and a basket full of other very expensive parts and test ran with bullnose and belly pan off(several times and all was good). So put bullnose and bellypan back on and of course the re-built radiator sprang a leak on the bottom tank so get to remove belly pan and bullnose again to get radiator out.
Some days it's 1 step forward and 20 back.
Anyone have a source for a new radiator that doesn't cost $1500.00?
Part number is AT 116777.

Re: 450C tensioner update etc
Can it not be repaired? I had mine rebuilt with the tanks off, rodded, and put back together for $250 I think.
