All right, now that it seems that I've got a problem with the isolator, should I have any concerns about towing this machine down off the hill to the garage. Mainly worried about the broken spring(s) jamming and causing damage. Tranny is in nuetral and reverser is positioned there too.

It should be OK. Be nice to know if the brakes work before you start down the hill. If I remeber right they should roll freely just with the trans in N

With the trans in neutral, there is no link to the input shaft to the trans, so no power will be fed into the reverer. Plus, if the engine is off, there is no pressure to engage the clutch packs in the reverser, so no problem.
