Post by Mr. John » Sun May 26, 2019 4:56 pm

Hey guys I am looking at a used complete undercarriage from 2006 450 dozer. Will this fit my 450D from 1984?

The seller sent me a few pictures. I didn’t get a chance yet to measure my tracks, but maybe others will recognize.

Rails, pads and sprockets should fit. Pads and rails use large bolts starting with the G series, 9/16 vs 1/2. If you look at Deere online parts you can get rails for a 450C with 9/16 bolts. Really don’t know when the change occurred. Doesn’t matter unless you planned on doing a pad swap. Have new 450 sprockets that fit from straight 450 to H. Rollers have larger mounting bolts starting with G series Crawlers. Don’t know on idlers.
