I am looking to buy this dozer for parts or to repair.i dont know what the BE stands for but the serial number is 129686T. It has a 6 way blade and a ripper on it. Machine looks good but needs steering clutches replaced and a throttle cable. It also has the rectangular fuel filter on it, dont know when these where available. May have a different engine it, not sure about that. Any info on this machine and what to look for closely is appreciated. Thanks to all

Also the tag is located on the right side behind your leg while sitting on it.

350B E 129686T Does that look like it? If so that means a 350, series B, (E=) diesel,inside dozer with reverser. 129686 is a 1971 serial number. T means built at the Dubuque Tractor Works.

The parts catalog says the rectangular filter started with serial number 191714, but it could have been installed on this machine as an upgrade by someone, or part of an engine swap as you posted.

Top number might be off , I couldn't see it very well. This might tell if the motor was changed.
How much would it be worth in this condition?
