Jd 550b steering reservoir capacity

There are a few fellows here familiar with the 550 model and its different series. Hopefully one of them will be along to answer your questions. I don't know about the 550B but the 450E steering oil is supplied from the transmission. That is just a thought as the two are different.

I expect the oil will be Hy-gard or an oil that meets or exceeds Hy-Gard specs.

The Operator's Manual (OMT81348) can be very helpful in maintaining your machine. Lavoy may have them available through his store.
