350 steering assembly

Post by CerescoMG » Sat Dec 23, 2006 12:35 pm

I am ready to reinstall the final drive on one side of my crawler. I cleaned up the houseing and installed new clutch discs. I sanded down the steel spacers and they look good. The bearings and seals look good. I understand I need to adjust the fingers on the clutch plate. How is this done? Since I had to grind the welds of my master link, where can I get a new one for each side? I replaced the old brake band material also. Anything else to finish this side up before I button it up next week? It wasnt a bad job removeing all this, just heavy.

Thanks

Larry

Fingers are adjusted with a clutch finger gauge, I have them for $15.
