450 straight clutches/brake adjustment?

I have the manual in front of me and going over the procedure to adjust the clutches and brakes. Just want to confirm when it says for adjusting free travel is that done at the yokes on the power steering cylinders that are connected to the levers? Also where are the yokes for the brake rods that are part of the adjustment? The manual does leave some details out so looking for the missing info.

Well I worked on it today and think I got it right. Just wondering once it's all done should there be any space between the brake adjusting bolt and the lever?
