JD350 service manual question (dumb) 6305/6310?

Post by Tjgerow » Mon Jan 04, 2021 7:27 pm

Ok, hoping some confusion can be cleared up for me. I have a service manual for a JD350 C/D* model (TM1115). The cover says 350C, 350D Bulldozer...

The confusion comes on page I-II-3, actually the whole specifications section. The dimensions for the dozer show options for models 6305 and 6310... why in the world does it not say 350C or 350D?

So is a 6305/6310 the same dimensions as 350C?

*Note: "C" and "D" refer to the actual series model...not C for crawler

I'm trying to verify the width of the dozer, it's two hours away, to verify it will fit in a dump truck to get it home :D the manual only added confusion.

Thanks

The 6305 is an adjustable inside mount dozer. And 6310 is a 4 way outside mount dozer.

Thanks for the info B Town

I am looking to buy a 1978 JD350CE with 6 way blade, so that would be a 6305 then and should have an 80" wide blade.

Thanks again!
