I am a new member and I need you assistance,I bought a JD450 last month which runs well.I would like to know what year it is serial n5e3m011711t also is it a JD450 b or a JD450.I have another question my bottom rollers have buttonholes for greasing and they are all blocked so I unscrewed them and with my needle greaser I applied grease 0 grade and reinstalled them what came out was like black oil .Thanks Bearchopper

Most likely sealed lifetime bottom rollers, they would be oil filled.

Welcome.

Your serial number tag should be more like SNT5E3M011711T.

SN = serial number
T = Tractor
5 = JD450
E+ Crawler Loader
3 = Diesel Engine
M = Hi-Low-Reverse transmission
011711 = 1965 built crawler
T = built at Dubuque John Deere Tractor Works

So you have a 1965 450 Diesel Crawler Loader with the HLR. On the FAQ board here there is a post by Stan Disbrow that lists machines and the proper number JD manuals for them.
