Straight 350 dozer angle cylinder disassembly

How does the gland end (rod guide?) come out of the angle cylinder? The nut came off the end surprisingly easily with a spanner wrench and I assume there is a snap ring in there somewhere but I don't see any holes for snap ring pliers. I have the loader service manual but not the dozer.

Nevermind. Got it. Just have to push the gland end in after taking the nut off
