Which winch fits JD350B?

I have a JD 350B loader and am looking for a OME winch that I can bolt on without more than the usual amount of hassle. The parts manual says it should be a 3315 winch however I am talking with someone that claims the 3320 will also fit on a 350B. He also happens to have one for sale. Since he lives close by and will stand by the claim its not a big risk to buy it. Just don't want to waste a lot of time trying to make it work.
Any ideas?

The 3320 (Manual control) was used on the 450, basically replaced by the 3325 (Power control {hydraulic pressure from a pump in the winch]). The 3315 is Power control. The mounting adapters (between the winch and crawler) for the 3315 and the 3320/3325 are different part numbers. The 3320 may fit and you may need different mounting adapters. I suggest doing some measuring.

Does your 350B already have the power shaft to drive the winch?

I don't have the drive shaft to the winch. Think I will have the guy selling it make some measurements and take a few pictures.

You should be able to find several posts about fellows installing winches and what you have to check to see for internal drive line parts you need to add to your crawler to run the winch. You can also study the 350B parts catalog, it shows the 3315 winch and power shaft related to it. You 350B Technical Manual #TM1032 has info on the winch and winch drive.

350 and 450 are different, 350’s have an offset input shaft, 450 is center. I have one listed for sale on Facebook if you interested, John Deere Dozers and parts group. I might be closer shipping wise as I’m in Alberta. It’s on a machine now and working well. It’s the latest model, which is easier to work on and adjust the brake as can be operated without entire side cover.
