350 Winch install

Post by Crow Man » Sun Feb 06, 2022 8:38 pm

Does anybody have a PTO shaft for a 1969 JD350, my dozer use to have a winch on it but now it just has a flat cover over the hole where the PTO shaft should be. Can you tell me what else I might need to put a shaft in it as I have not taken the cover off to see what might fall out. I would love to see some type of video on it. I just bought a 3315 winch to put back on it and all parts look to be there, but I need the PTO shaft on the dozer to make it work.. Names and numbers for contacts would be great also. Thanks in advance !

PTO shaft is for PTO driven trailing attachments like a mower and such. If you are mounting a winch, you will need a winch drive shaft, two totally different shafts.
