74 450ba steer clutch and brake adjust

Looking to see if anyone has a procedure or can help with doing the adjustments on a 450ba we just got it’s a 74 model needing to adjust the steer clutches and brakes but the manual I got dosent have very clear pictures on which bolt needs to be adjusted as both bolts up top are right beside each other and I know one of the brake ones are accessed by the panel on the side

What manual do you have?

There is a copy of the JD 450B technical manual (TM1033) at the Gerard Arthus - John Deere Company Manual Collection of the Internet Archives you can download. You may have to use a couple pictures and drawings, but the bolts and nuts can be identified. Below is a link to it.
