350B Loader removal

Post by NB1932 » Fri Nov 24, 2023 12:37 pm

Hello all.
New to this site and I have recently acquired a 350B loader. Serial # is 350BB 151127T, from what I have found I think it is a 1972?
It seams to run well, no obvious issues but I plan on making a winter project of going through it , repairing minor issues/leaks ect. Would like to remove the loader to make more room in my shop as well as ease of access to the motor ect. Any advice on best way to do this? Was thinking to leave the main cylinders on the machine and removing the rest as one piece? Am currently trying to find manuals but would like to get started.
Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Boards.

You should be looking for the Technical and Operator's Manuals for your 350B. OMT46859 is the publication number for the Operator's Manual. TM1032 is the publication number for the Technical (service) Manual. The TM includes info on the 7300 series loader in it. You can use the online parts catalogs (PCs) at https://partscatalog.deere.com/jdrc/. PC1169 is for the crawler itself and PC1209 is for the loader attachment. Lavoy may be able to help you with manuals as he sells those and parts for many early JDs. You should contact him directly for such, not just post about such. His email is postmaster@jdcrawlers.com and his phone is 701-361-1006 during CST business hours. eBay is a good source if you want to find used OEM manuals.
