drive shaft in steering clutch and brake assembly 450ca

Finally got the final drive pinion gear back in. Ended up having to pull top cover off and pick up the brake band and drum to get back in place. Not near as easy as it sounds because the unit has the rear frame work for rippers and backhoe. Thanks for the suggestions and reading about the brake reassembly . It only took me three tries of the cover not going on to make me read further into previous posts to find my problem. Hope to be back to working it by Christmas.
